Their organization, Latin America To the World, was incorporated in 1992 to send Latin American missionaries to the mission fields of the world from mission-minded churches in Mexico. Its purpose is to "Help a Mission Field Become a Mission Force" by promoting, teaching, training and sending Latin Americans.

Bill also serves Comimex, a national fellowship of Mexican missions ministries, as the director of the Barnabas ministry, which is the follow-up department of Comimex.
