The Costellos network with many organizations, always with the focus of strengthening the local work for the Lord. They help train local church planters and are conducting evangelistic outreaches for already established churches, training and equipping leaders through leadership seminars and courses taught in local Bible schools. They host short-term mission teams and teach in summer camps.

More recently, they are helping to establish a church in a gypsy village in southern Hungary.
